WHY "BEST OF NYC"?

We didn't choose the name "Best of NYC Fest" randomly...

Between December 2008 and January 2009 The Deli organized a poll - The Best of NYC 2008 Poll - involving our writers, readers, and a selected jury of NYC music promoters, bloggers, and other "scene makers".

The results (a list of 65 NYC based artists) can be found here. This fest was organized to give extra exposure to the artists who were included in that list. All these bands are featured in the Spring 2009 issue of The Deli, out NOW!

We wish we could have booked all of them!
